• All products sold are exchangeable and returnable within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase. Submission of tax invoice/purchase receipt is required for all exchange / return.
  • Products with the following conditions are not exchangeable / returnable:
  • Products that have already been used.
  • Packaging / cover / hood of the products that have already been opened or unsealed.
  • Products that have already expired.
  • Products that are damaged and cannot be resold.
  • All returned products will be examined by our QC officer. We will do our utmost best to accept all returned products, however if the products are rejected by our QC officers, the products will be returned to you.
  • The customer is responsible for the delivery of any returned products. The cost of delivery will be credited to the customer via e-wallet once we have checked the goods.
  • The company's decision is final. The Company reserves the right to amend any of the above rules.
